- Following guiding principles should be followed before granting ex-parte temporary injunction-

👉 General principles of temporary injunction. 

👉The time at which the plaintiff first had notice of the act, complained or not. 

👉Whether the refusal or ex-parte temporary injunction would involve greater injustice than the grant of ex-parte temporary injunction.

👉If plaintiff has ignored for some time, the Court would not grant ex-parte temporary injunction.

👉Application should be made in utmost good faith. 

👉Exparte- temporary injunction must be for a limited period of time.
