👉 Ex-parte temporary injunction or any ex-parte temporary injunction shall be passed in exceptional condition.
👉Every ex-parte order shall be reasoned order.
Note-
👉There can not be a temporary injunction to prevent any person from filing a suit.
👉Anyone cannot claim injunction about any future right.
