👉 A pradhan can be removed by way of no confidence motion by the members of gram panchyat because members of Gram Panchyat are elected by tye Gram Sabha that's why it is deemed that removal of Pradhan by member of Gram Panchayat is the removal of Pradhan by Gram Sabha.
