While rotating on its axis, the earth 🌎 also revolves around the sun in an elliptical path and complete its one revolution in 365 days and 6 hours. This termed as solar year. Earth revolves around the sun at a speee of 1,08,000 km/hr. The elliptical path traced by the earth is called its orbit. THIS motion of earth is called revolution or the annual movement.
