After overruling two past judgement [ M.P Sharma Vs Satish Chandra (1954) and Kharak Singh Vs State of UP (1962) ] Supreme Court declares that #Right_to_privacy is now our Fundamental Right but SC also imposed some reasonable restrictions on it means it can be taken on fair, just and reasonable ground
