Write short note on Judicial Remedies-

-Part 3 of of Indian Constitution provides Judicial Remedies.

-It entitles the citizens to move Supreme Court or High Court.

-Fundamental Right- Article 12-35.

-What is Writ? 

>It is written order issued by Supreme Court to provide constitutional remedies to protect the Fundamental Rights of citizens from a violation.

>Under Article 32- Writ in Supreme Court.

>Under Article 226- Writ in High Court.

Types of Writ-

¬Habeas Corpus

-Against unlawful detention.

-Commands public official to deliver a detained person in front of court.

Certiorari¬

-a writ or order by which a higher court reviews a decision of a lower court. 

¬Prohibition

- the action of forbidding something, especially by law.

¬Mandamus

-a judicial writ issued as a command to an inferior court or ordering a person to perform a public or statutory duty.

¬Quo Warranto

- by what authority.
