Prohibition of Descrimination Based on Sex-

Article 15(1)- The State shall not discriminate against any citizen on grounds only of religion, race, caste, sex, place of birth or anyone of them.

Article 15(2)- No Descrimination as to use or access- Public Place.

Article 15(3)- Special provisions for women and childrens.

-special provision of reservation for SC, ST and OBC in any government educational institution. 

Article 15(5)- 

-By 93rd Amendment Act. 

-Reservation for S.C, S.T and OBC in admission in private institution. 

Exception- minority institutions. 

Article 15(6)- 

-103rd Amendment Act. 

-10% reservation for economically weaker section in admission to educational institution. ( PVT/PUBLIC)
