-Anticipatory bail application shall not be allow successively.
2-If a limited order has been passed and the accused has surrender before the magistrate, and applies regular bail then regular bail shall be decided on same deed.
3-If Police officer is not providing copy of F.I.R then applicant can request court to provide him copy of F.I.R with the application of Anticipatory bail.
