-Order XVII CPC.
-Discretion of the court.
-If sufficient cause is shown the court may at any stage of the suit grant time to the parties or to any of them and may from time to time adjourned the hearing of suit.
-Court shall have to record the reason.
-Such Adjournment shall not be more than 3 times.
-Court shall fix a date for further hearing of the suit.
-Party asking for Adjournment shall pay cost for it.
