How to stop or end emergency-

·         Further declaration of President is required but with the consent of the Cabinet.

·         But if President is not ending emergency then Loksabha could passed resolution by simple majority after that President will be bound to end Emergency.

·         And if Loksabha session is not functioning then 1/10 quorum of total member will be ask President then within 14 days President Will held a meeting.

·         If resolution has passed in Rajyasabha  and Loksabha has dissolved within 30 days So, at that time new Loksabha will elect and they will approve emergency within 30 days after their first meeting.

·         Note- If emergency is arm rebellion then art 19 will not be dismissed automatically.
