Section 499 of the IPC-
In this section of the Indian Penal Code, it is possible to use any such word against any person, show any picture, or make any other kind of action by which anybody's reputation is spoiled, action can be taken against him.
Section 354A, 354D of IPC-
These sections of the strict action against women's harassment have been included. It can also be done against any kind of wrong behavior online.
Section 507 of the IPC -
Under this section, any woman can register a legal case against abusive behavior, obscene commenter. Those who make such crimes online can also be caught by adding "anonymous" in its section. After registering the case under this section the police will be responsible for identifying the accused and holding them.
Section 509 of IPC-
Any kind of wrongful action against the reputation of the woman can be filed under this section.
