Interview-
-Interacting between two people or a formal meeting and discussion with someone.As- A person applying for a job or a person with information to broadcast on radio or television.
Listening to the client story-
•Feedback-through noding, slow voice reply.• Interviewer should not avoid discussing story of his client as if he is telling about harassment happened with him.
Passive Listening-
• Let the client speak.• Non judgemental during passive listening.
After passive listening stage comes of active
listening in which we summaries whole story of client which we should comprehensioned to front of the client.
• Interviewer should also get to ask event in sequence.
• Whole story with case related must be in sequence.
Empathetic-
• In which we keep ourselves with client situation.• Client feeling should not be criticised or ignore.
•Interviewer or advocate must be listen problem of client clearly.
Body Language-
• Facial expression also important in communicating with other person.• Eyes are true reflector of person which shares truth.
Paralanguage-
•Beyond Language.•Barriers in phenomena.
•Pause between tone.
•Way of talking.
•Force on word.
•Volume.
•Pace ( Pace of interviewer should be slow so client can speak.)
